After reviewing your account it appears you did just order one single pill which is up to 4 doses but cutting the tablet into 4 pieces with the free pill cutter. The price drops dramatically the more you order, for example, 2 pills at $69.50, 3 pills at $78 and 5 pills at $115.00. keep in mind our price included the prescription, shipping, and product. Sir, thanks for being a loyal customer the past few years. I agree with you that the prices of Viagra have gotten out of hand. Simply put, the Manufacturer Pfizer is testing the waters each and every time they put the screws to you the Patient (our customer). I have seen 18 cost increases since 2009 that have had an average increase in cost of 12% every 6 months. The only good news, is that there is an agreement in place between Pfizer (Viagra) and Teva (Sildenafil) to bring FDA approved Viagra to the market as soon as Dec. 2017. We will be patiently looking for articles from the manufactures and also will be supporting and selling Teva Sildenafil in December. I do see the notes about your order on 7/3/2017 9:01:00 AM, this was a busy day for the USPS and you selected Priority Mail. I see the package was shipped by the Pharmacy on July 3rd, arriving in TX on July 6th due to the July 4th holiday. The package eventually delivered on July 8th. Just wanted to point out that USPS Priority could be 2 days or it could be as many as 5 days (we state 3-5 days) and in this case it took all 5 days to arrive at your door. Benjamin, First, I want to apologize for this last order that was delayed by days due to FedEx and their poor delivery attempt before Xmas. They completely failed to live up to our high expectations of their next day delivery service. I see a mountain of notes on your account. I see 2 additional attempts to reroute your package so that you had a shot at it being delivered, but to no avail, it didn't arrive. We also tried to send a back-up order to facilitate your receipt of the product...no luck with this on time delivery either. Well, you can't say, we didn't try to accommodate the order! I am not certain that you were charged for the 1st order, since I believe it was returned to the Pharmacy. Fortunately, FedEx rarely misses their delivery dates. Hello Sir, We are very sorry that you experienced an open FedEx envelope upon arrival to your location. We take these matters very seriously and only receive open envelope/package cases once or twice per year, out of 10's of thousands FedEx envelopes sent out. I have been investigating this incident that the FedEx Package would have had to be opened by FedEx personnel. The only reason I state this is that only FedEx employees handled your envelope. As a FedEx policy, opened envelopes are managed differently and usually a case is opened and the addressee is called and advised of his package being opened. After calling the local FedEx Crofton, MD location my investigation has not turned up any confirmations that show tampering existed for your envelope. Jeff, First, I wanted to thank you for being a loyal customer the past many years. Every time the cost of these medications change, which since 2009 has been once in the summer and once in the winter. They usually increase 10% or more each time. That is 14 price increases in the last 7 years imposed by the 3 major Pharmaceutical Manufacturers. There will be an FDA approved generic Sildenafil (made by Teva) coming to market before the end of 2017. Pfizer has a licensing agreement with Teva and published articles have indicated that November, 2017 is when we can expect to see this new lower priced pill. Also, the patent for Cialis (tadalafil) ends December, 2017 so Eli Lilly will see an FDA approved tadalafil tablet on the market the same month. Ronald, Thank you for being a loyal customer the past 3 years. I agree with you 100%, that the cost of these medications continue to rise, not only once per year but twice per year. The cost to our USA Pharmacies have risen once in the winter and once in the summer since 2009 or 14 cost increases placed by the Pharmaceutical Manufactures. They know that their Multi-Billion Dollar Drugs come off patent at the end of 2017 where Generic Manufactures will be given an opportunity to sell the same ingredient medication as they have now. Watch for price decreases in December 2017 then more significant price decreases near June of 2018.
