An excellent company
My experience with this company has been excellent. From what I have seen the medication is the real thing and they deliver in a reasonable amount of time at a cost effective amount for the USA. It's just a shame we have to pay higher prices compared to anywhere else in the world. Thanks to the USA government.

delivery issue resolved
I had a delivery issue and contacted for help on Saturday. The manager, Kyle, contacted me on Monday and his remedy satisfied me. I am waiting for the new order and expect it tomorrow. Kyle showed the highest level of professionalism and desire to delight the customer, me. His actions make me want to continue repeat business.

Dear Sir, I am extremely sorry about this event! You are correct; your Postal Carrier is to blame. It is a US Postal Service policy that all Signature Confirmation deliveries are to be delivered ONLY to the addressee. I will be placing a call to your local Post Office to speak with the Postmaster regarding a significant failure to comply with postal regulations and policies and then read him his own Postal Policies loud and clear for a minimum of 5 minutes so that he gives his Postal Carrier the same message. I will also be requesting that the package be picked up by the same Postal Carrier to be sent back to the Pharmacy for inspection. Our Operations Manager will also be calling you to resolve any other outstanding issues. As for our own staff, I will also have a talk with him to see if he could have handled this situation much better than he did.
