Excellent Customer Service After USPS Shipping Snafu
Placed a large order for over $3,000 shipped by Post Office. The Post Office mislaid it. After a bit of back and forth over a weekend, a top-notch rep at Customer Service intervened and insured I had a replacement prescription sent by FedEx very quickly, plus stayed in touch to work with me to follow the package and not charge me twice. I started out wondering if I would end up caught between two parties finger-pointing at each other, with a big bill and no pills - and ended up very impressed at how edrugstore stood behind their customers. Long-time customer - and my loyalty has been rewarded. Reliable and customer-friendly.
