We offer FREE shipping with USPS, expedited 2nd Day and Overnight shipping with FedEx. We have a 12PM MST cut-off time for all FedEx shipping orders to meet proper scheduled delivery. You placed your Thursday 10/23 order at 12:02PM MST. You placed your prior order Thursday 5/22 order at 2:32PM MST Both orders were past our 12:00PM MST deadline for FedEx Overnight shipping. You selected USPS FREE shipping which takes 5-7 business days. usps.com/shipping reports that your package was delivered to the Front Desk/Reception/ Delivery Room on Friday 9/5 at 11:48a, just four business days later. Alfrado, I don't understand. FedEx.com/tracking shows your package as: Delivered Monday, 7/7/25 at 11:07 AM It has a photo verifying delivery.
