UPDATE:- I'm changing my review to 5 stars as their customer service got in touch with me and did what they could to rectify the issue. They also explained the circumstances that had led to this "blip" in their service. ------------------------------------ Late delivery and very poor communication. I didn't receive any notification that my parcel had been shipped until I contacted customer service. Customer service offered no apology, explanation or even a token of compensation. FedEx tracking showed they shipped it on the day it was supposed to be delivered (I'm guessing after I contacted them). Bought from here a few times before but unfortunately their performance is in decline.

UPDATE - I received the package today. The envelope was, in fact, addressed properly to me. So it was the post office who screwed up. Secure Medical refunded the priority mail fees anyway. They did the right thing to keep a satisfied customer. Thanks! I've been ordering from Secure Medical for a while, and have always been satisfied. I paid extra money to have my order shipped Priority Mail. Four days after it was shipped from eDrugstore, I still had not seen it. I checked it's tracking history. It shipped from Oshgosh, WI. I live in New England. Tracking history showed it went to Puerto Rico! Spent a day there. Now supposedly it's enroute to me. Today will be the 6th day since they shipped it.
