Mr. West, After reviewing the comments made by our Customer Service Staff internally and your review here, I see that your order was placed on June 21st. In your last few orders you requested and paid for FedEx shipping and it was delivered to the same FedEx Depot pick-up address for the past few years. In this June 21st Internet order, you chose the USPS shipping option, and as such a USPS Priority Mail shipping label was placed on your order. The USPS Carrier was unable to deliver to the FedEx Depot, so the package was sent back to the Pharmacy causing the delay you sited. In hindsight, I can see how our Customer Service Staff could have handled your order much more efficiently. We generally don’t like to keep our customers waiting longer than 2 shipping days or next day service if this shipping service is requested. If I can be of service, please give me a call to see if I can provide you with an exemplary coupon that will win your confidence and trust back with Edrugstore.md. Sincerely, Jerry R., Media Relations Edrugstore.md

Hi John, Please remember when ordering and assessing value to factor in your costs of obtaining these meds from other sources. Make a few phone calls to local pharmacies in your area to see just what these meds are selling for. You have to factor in some value for your time, the convenience of ordering from your home and not having to go to the doctor and pharmacy in person. What about your deductible and travel expenses? Do you value your time at $0? When you clearly understand the value we give, as 99% of our customers do, you will realize just how incredibly competitive we are. Feel free to contact us with any questions as our customer service is very highly rated and will also aid in your re-evaluation of our service. Thanks

Sorry that you had a poor experience with FedEx delivery. FedEx admitted to not being able to keep up with the xmas demand. We did credit you back the full money spent for the overnight service. We hope to continue our business relationship further. If you have any further comments or questions please contact Kyle or Bill. Thank you and Happy Holidays Update: Please accept our sincerest apologies for the incredibly rude behavior of the aforementioned representative. eDrugstore.MD will not tolerate such poor customer service from our employees. I assure you the rep has been approached and reprimanded and will be under intense scrutiny here on in. We owe customers such as yourself the credit for the success of our business. If there is anything we can do to enhance our business relationship in the coming future, please do not hesitate to let us know! Sincerely, eDrugstore.MD

Hi Steve, I can with 100% honesty tell you any medication ordered from us is genuine. All medication comes with a valid Lot and Batch # that can be traced right back to the manufacturer. We have been in business since 1998 and would have been shut down a long time ago if we dealt anything but real meds. Not to mention the strong rating we have on this site. What I can't tell you is why they did not work for you. One thing to realize about, especially around this time of year, is if you eat a big meal, or consume alcohol, this will negate the effectiveness of many of the meds we specialize in. Nonetheless, we want our customers to be happy. I will forward your complaint to our Operations Manager to see if we can do anything for you. Or feel free to contact us and go straight to extension 735 to speak with Kyle. Thanks

Michael, We don't quite understand your complaint about the price? The price is very fair. If you call your local pharmacy you will see we are extremely competitive. We saved you the time and cost of going to your local doctor and pharmacy as well. No one forced you to purchase from us. Also we tracked your FedEx. It shows it was rerouted for delivery outside of the FedEx location. If you had to get it, it would have been signed by you, and it shows otherwise. So why exactly are you trying to hurt our business with your poor review by clearly lying? Worst of all for you to do claim you did not receive what you ordered. I don't see in our notes that you attempted to call us to make any claim at all regarding that. We will be following up on this. We cannot take this defamation lightly. Please contact Kyle at ext 735 to clear up this matter. Thank You

Steve, It appears you were looking at the per dosage price and not the per pill price. Please call our customer service manager Kyle at 1-800-990-9681 ext 735, to discuss further options. Thank you Edrugstore.md
