I have been a customer for years and each time I place a order over the last few years your customer care ask need you want to use a coupon on this order . Each time I let them know I've never have received one by email . Each time they ask have you checked your spam or block area . All have been done multilabel times . Each time they say they well forward this issue to there IT department to get corrected . Still nothing after 3 years !!
I'm mostly likely will move on to another supplier than will provide this for a regular long time customer . I will give you 7 day to finally correct for the last time before making that move .
