Had to call in my order, even though automated renewal was set up
My finasteride delivery was late; in fact, it was not coming unless I called in. I had set up automated delivery, and it was known to be on by the person I called. They were confused as to why it wasn't sent out, as well. They promptly got it sent out, which was good, and it was simple. But the system needs a few bugs ironed out, it seems. Regardless, the team followed up about this incident and made sure the medicine came. There was a glitch, and I gave it five stars because of how professionally and how well the company RESPONDED to the situation.
