Edmentum is by far the worst "learning website" I have ever seen. Don't even ask me why schools think this website "rocks". It is worse than 2 year old rotten fish and salami!

Edmentum fully sucks, it FULLY sucks. Im in 7th grade and we have to do 8 trophies each month. THe tutorials are so loooooooooong and loooooooooooooooong. After i do a progress check, they just keep coming. I never feel like i have ever made any progress. If you want students to be excited about learning just please do something else than this, PLEASE.

I am a homeschool parent that uses edmentum via FunCation. I have been homeschooling college prep courses for the past five years. This year I decided to use an online program. HUGE mistake. This is the WORST curriculum I have ever encountered. There is virtually no teaching from the actual curriculum yet the progress checks keep coming. Someone needs to put a little effort into how this curriculum is presented and quit passing it off as a "complete curriculum." Edmentum has really ruined my childrens' motivation to learn. DO NOT USE EDMENTUM if you want your children to actually love learning.

This app makes me want to kill myself. I hate it. It sets you up to fail. I can’t take it anymore and I hope who ever created it burns for eternity. I bet you guys thought this was an amazing idea. you stupid application. My whole highschool years were set up for failure BECAUSE OF YOU. I used to have a 3.9 gpa. YOU RUINED IT. I make good grades. Your “course grades”? Ruined it. Burn in hell.

Hello, this is a review coming from a student, or somebody expected to use this software. Let me start here: I've never been so stressed before. There's no teaching involved, so you're almost expected to teach yourself. I took Spanish 2, and I haven't learned a thing. You are exempt from certain assignments, but are later tested on those assignments. I don't know why my school chose this; maybe they're too cheap to hire an actual Spanish 2 teacher. Not everyone can learn in front of a screen, and that was clearly never taken into consideration. Online learning isn't effective for those who are easily distracted. Heck, I'm typing this up in my Spanish "class" right now. Structure is needed to learn, and it's nowhere to be found here.

edmentum is not fun at all there's no motivation or fun at all.

when you mess one level of your learning path up, you have to restart. i did 20 and messed one up and had to restart

My child is behind his current grade level after using Edmentum. Lessons are not taught thoroughly and I would frequently have to stop Edmentum to pull more resources for my child to master a specific skill. I was unfortunately very trusting and reliant on this program and am now having to reteach 3rd grade, while trying to teach 4th, so that he can go back to school with his peers. The assessment tests that are used to place your child on a grade level are frustrating and inaccurate. Also, my child hated the characters used to teach the lessons. Please avoid this program if you plan to enroll your children back into school and/or if you want them to have a strong foundation with important core skills.
