2020 (into 2021) was a challenging time to be looking for a job. Recruiters would contact me with "job prospects" that a reading of my resume should have made clear were not in my field. When EDI Staffing contacted me, asking if I might be interested in a position, I was pleased that they had clearly read my resume and knew what I was looking for. The first interview they lined up for was in the field and the industry where my experience lay; sadly I was their second candidate. The second position also lined up well with my skill-set, and resulted in an interview and an offer. EDI Staffing continued to work with me and with the employer to help everything come together rapidly. They followed up with me afterwards to be certain that things were working out well. I was very pleased with my experience with them, and would highly recommend them to any employer or job seeker.

Outstanding support and communications without hovering over my shoulder. I was following another EDI Staffing consultant in working with the customer. I worked with Adam at EDI Staffing who help prep and get me ready for a career move. This was my first change in almost 8 years. It wasn't anything new but it was nice that he was able to confirm a few things that I was a bit rusty on since its been so long since i interviewed. From start to finish we kept in touch, even after I been established for a few months he still reached out to make sure everything was going well.
