The purchase in question was delivered according to the online tracking, and the buyer did not contact us or eBay to advise us it had not been received as indicated. We are committed to service and will do what is needed to address and resolve any issue but there is nothing we can do if we are not contacted and given an opportunity to do so. All items we sell, including our full range of Clive Christian fragrances are absolutely authentic, as the batch codes (and thousands of satisfied buyers) can confirm. The buyer in this case purchased a bottle in July from eBay and contacted us in December with their concerns. There have been changes to the packaging, and we respectfully advised the buyer of this and that it was not even possible to refund an eBay transaction after 5 months. as they are archived. The buyer's suggestion that our buyers' reviews are not real does an extreme disservice to our hard earned reputation and the hundreds of thousands of satisfied buyers who took the time to provide a genuine account of their experience. We did not respond promptly to this buyer's comments because - as Trustpilot is aware - we did not recognize ownership of the Trustpilot account until recently, when the set up of an account in our name was brought to our attention. We are committed to service and quality, and will absolutely address and resolve any issues if contacted within a reasonable time frame.
