I've been searching for the best online directory. I think that I have looked at nearly all of them. Edirectory is hands down number 1#. I took a tour of the back office for several months and was never rushed to make a decision. The customer service has been outstanding. All of my questions have been answered in a courteous & professional manner. Edirectory is the only choice that I will recommend for anyone looking for this kind of platform.

Great Experience!

So far so good
Although I have only just acquired the software its hard to make a review of something I have not used the lead up to the sale was pleasant. I was offered a test site where I could navigate through and see what was on offer which I felt very optimistic about. All the advice I needed was quickly answered. Great service up to this point! Lets hope that it carried on through my purchase and setup and eventually when it all goes live.

Excellent directory platform supported by amazing team
We began our new business venture on a competitive platform last year and after about 30 days, realized it was not as advertised. We carefully reviewed eDirectory and found that their direction for their new release was exactly what we wanted. We are still building our business venture but the team at eDirectory is absolutely amazing. They have received our input, requests and suggestions with absolute professionalism and their support is really excellent.
