eDirectory's features instantly caught my attention. The "claim a listing" feature was certainly one of my top 5 things that I was very interested in. I also like the analytics and tracking as well as the lead generation component with the built-in information forms for your clients. I can select which features I want enabled or disabled. I like the built-in option to create multiple packages that will be flexible for different types of customers and their needs. Most of all the look of the platform is so clean and professional. The back office is user-friendly and is not overly complicated. eDirectory offers a great service and I am glad to be a part of their family of clients.

I just love eDirectory. I started my 1st online directory with them back in 2013 and have ordered several other eDirectory packages from them. I have done a lot of research on online directory software and I can sincerely say eDirectory features and ease of use is way much better than anything else out there. Their prices are amazingly low for what they offer and customer service is second to none. I am a freelance digital marketer in Orange County California and eDirectory is where I go when my clients ask me to build them an online directory. I highly recommend eDirectory to anyone who is considering building a top-notch directory for a low monthly price.

Great Product and Easy to Use. Happy to add to my business portfolio.

I was a bit concerned about software from America living in the UK. My concerns were soon put to rest when Daniel Storm phoned me USA to GB at the exact time that he said he would. He also constantly phoned back when the line went a bit fuzzy on several occasions. He took me through the software - front end and back end over a period of half an hour ensuring that i understood all the finer points of the software. I needed Directory listings where video and audio could be added as well as up to 20 photos. Also required the ability for visitors to the site to be able to self register and purchase various levels of membership all of which the software provided. Another concern was price but an offer was made that was too good to turn down so i decided to go with eDirectory without too much hesitation. Now i just have to log in and build my site with the simple back end admin section which as far as i could make out had all the facilities that i required apart from one - but they are going to tweak the coding to add that in shortly - so i am a very happy bunny. All in all - thus far - a very good company to do business with.

I love how seemingly easy it is to setup an online directory or review site. Daniel was very helpful in taking me via screen share through all relevant functionalities and answering all questions I had. Next step for me is to start using eDirectory and actually build my website. Very excited!
