eDirectory.comReviews of edirectory.com

Review: After conducting thorough market research, we chose the Enterprise Cloud solution from eDirectory – and we couldn’t be more impressed. From the very first meeting, we were struck by their professionalism, clear communication, and deep understanding of our specific needs. The onboarding experience was truly one of the best we've ever had: structured, efficient, and remarkably personal all at once. The platform itself offers a thoughtfully designed architecture, an intuitive user experience, and extensive customisation options – exactly what we were looking for. What really stands out is the proactive and knowledgeable support team – always responsive, solution-oriented, and genuinely committed to a strong working relationship. Conclusion: If you're looking for a professional, enterprise-level directory platform, eDirectory not only delivers a mature and robust product but also a team that truly embodies the spirit of partnership. We're excited about the journey ahead.

I have recently purchased the edirectory latest version. So far Purchase process was very nice. My account manager Daniel helped me in all ways over zoom call and with multiple mails also. He was never behind unnecessary sales followup. He was patient and answering my queries. I had evaluated edirectory and found its very good and extensive in features.

We have discussed with Multiple agencies to develop such portal, every one has suggested to 3 Months minimum time to be live, then we have approached Jasya Consultancy, they have shown us this readymade solution, they have helped us to negotiate & purchase, after purchase instant activation with all guidance, We liked complete process & options till now.. Hope we can create best from edirectory,

I worked with Dainel and he was great and helpful. Chose Edirectory to attract more customers. As I' am currently using idea Directory and it's decent but not enough features that I need. I came to the right place and hopefully gain a lot of success from this change.

it is simple enough to use

I was struggling to build an app from scratch that would have cost much more than using this program. This program answers all my project needs and the process to get started was seamless. Thank you, Daniel, for all your help.

Wonderful support and fantastic product !

Daniel was receptive to our ideas for use of the platform, stayed in contact in a professional way, and offered rates for our nonprofit work supporting Global Grandmothers. We are grateful and excited about this new phase of our work!
