Couldn't get my product in time, helped me cancel order without hassle
I ordered a Nikon D3300 because the price was great. Sadly I was informed that it was out of stock and I wouldn't get my product in time. They worked with me to cancel the order and sent me proof of cancellation over the phone and via email. Thanks for the communication on the matter! It goes a long ways!
