Ordered something back in June won't give me my money back their phone shut off it's a scam website

Absolutely beautiful diamonte T shirts, they are like works of art at fantastic prices, brought my first Ed Hardy T-shirt over 20 years ago and still in excellent shape, just started buying this brand and wearing it again, and at 46 years of age now they still look amazing

⭐ VERY DISAPPOINTING CUSTOMER SERVICE I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Ed Hardy. I purchased two swimsuits, and unfortunately the sizes did not fit. I contacted customer service asking for a simple size exchange — NOT a refund. The swimsuits are unused, and I was completely willing to return them and exchange them for the correct sizes. Their response was simply that all sales are final and they will not even allow a size exchange. I understand having a final-sale policy, but refusing to help a customer with something as basic as exchanging an unused item for another size is extremely disappointing customer service. I’m sharing my experience so other customers know BEFORE ordering: if the size doesn’t fit, you may be stuck with it — even if you only want another size. I expected much better customer service from the Ed Hardy brand. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not purchase from them again.

Do not buy from SP ED HARDY FOREVER. I ordered 5 items—one dress was never sent, and 3 of the 4 items that actually arrived were defective. When I emailed customer service with proof of the damaged goods, they sent stall replies saying they were "investigating" for over three weeks. When I followed up asking for a return address or refund, they completely ghosted me because I said after 3 weeks they should have a solution or timeframe and I warned them I would have to dispute the charge. They intentionally string you along until you're forced to fight with your bank. Absolute nightmare customer service and terrible quality control. Avoid this shop.

Die Größen sind nicht so, wie sie beschrieben wurden, bzw. in der Tabelle stehen. Rücksendung kostet 9€ statt der angegebenen 4€. Bezahlen kann man die Rücksendung nur mir Kreditkarte. Ich habe keine. Könnte zwar eine eigene Methode wählen, aber da auf der Seite nkcht steht, wo die Rücksendung hingeht kann ich mich nicht über Preise informieren. Es wird ein 6€ Bonus angeboten, wenn man einen Gutschein als Rückzahlung nimmt. Weiß nur nicht, ob ich da nochmal bestellen möchte, wenn man die Größen nicht einschätzen kann

I also want to mention that there is a fake ed hardy site that will take your card info and add it to Apple Pay and steal your money.

I wish I would’ve red the reviews here before purchasing from them. I emailed several times and no one has responded. I ordered my daughter’s Christmas present before Christmas. Had to rebuy similar outfits from DTLR in a panic, only for the order to arrive after Christmas with one entire outfit missing. There is no way to reach out to a live human being for a refund on the missing outift, only an email. This has to be illegal. Please do not purchase from them. I will post a comment on their Instagram page as well.

A large portion of my mom’s Christmas order a couple hundred dollars worth of clothing was missing when it arrived. She has emailed customer service multiple times regarding this situation with no response, despite their site claiming replies within 48 hours. Weeks later, there has still been no communication or resolution. Extremely disappointing customer service be cautious when ordering.
