We're really sorry about this — being removed while you were in the middle of asking for help is not okay, and we apologize. That's not how our support should ever treat someone, and we'd like to make it right and actually solve the auto-answer issue you came in for. Please reach back out on Discord and ask for a team member directly; we'll take care of both what happened and getting EdgyPro working for you. We'd like the chance to earn back that recommendation.

I bought a day pass on EdgyPro and I got so much work done. It was great but it would be better if I could have more than one class on at a time on the same account. Highly Recommend😀😝
Response from EdgyProAug 2, 2026
So glad you got so much done with your day pass, Caden! We appreciate the suggestion too — feel free to share more on Discord. Thanks for your support!

I wish I could rate this 0 stars because this website don’t even deserve no stars. I purchased the 2.50 plan and they just took my money. The website didn’t even let me go through the next steps to do my work they just said it was error and it refreshed the page. I don’t know if it was some type of glitch but there’s no way you just gon take my money and not do the next steps so I can finish these questions on edgenuity. But it’s coo doe I highly don’t recommend…

Megan, we're genuinely sorry — a purchase that leaves you wanting to give zero stars is a real failure on our part, and we want to understand exactly what went wrong. Whatever it was, it's very likely something we can fix or make right for you. Please reach out to our team on Discord with your purchase details and give us the chance to turn this around. We don't want to leave you feeling this way about us.

Fantastic program. This is my second time purchasing. It's helpful and undetectable. My only problem is that it is not yet fully compatible with EdgeX. Appreciate you guy's work though!!! This is very very helpful. And it's cheap.
Response from EdgyProAug 2, 2026
Thanks for coming back, Raegan! We're so glad EdgyPro has been helpful for you. We appreciate you flagging your issue — please share the details on Discord so we can help. Thanks for your support!

I wasted $25 on this product. At first, I couldn't download the extension on my computer, so I switched to another computer and was finally able to download it. However, I still couldn't upload the file, making the entire purchase pointless. Save your money—I wouldn’t recommend this at all. It was the biggest scam ever don't do it.
Response from EdgyProAug 2, 2026
Chloe, we're sorry — spending $25 and then getting stuck on the extension download is exactly the opposite of what should happen, and we understand the frustration. Install hiccups like this are almost always fixable in a couple of minutes with the right steps, and we really don't want your money to go to waste. Please reach out to our team on Discord and we'll get the extension working or make things right. Give us the chance to fix this for you.

Bad experience because it was doing what it was supposed when I first bought and all of a sudden it doesn't do the work automatically for me so Im mad I spent 50 dollars for nothing highly would not recommend
Response from EdgyProAug 2, 2026
Jonathan, we're sorry it stopped after such a good start — that's exactly the kind of thing we want to catch and fix quickly. When it works at first and then cuts out, it's usually something small on the setup side that our team can get running again fast. Please hop into our Discord, let us know when it stopped and which class you were in, and we'll get you back to that first-day experience. We'd really like to turn this bad experience around.
