Eden BotanicalsReviews of edenbotanicals.com

They have top notch quality products, superior customer service, and they are completely transparent about what they sell. Every one of their offerings has genuine documentation to prove its authenticity, which sets them apart from a lot of other companies out there. I am a big fan and recommend them to anyone looking for anything from the highest quality essential oils, absolutes, carrier oils, and so much more. I highly recommend Eden Botanicals.

I ordered a coffee extract as well as a cedar oil extract. The coffee had a burnt smell to it, while the cedar oil lacked the bright, fresh smell I get from cutting open a cedar log, or from burning a cedar fire. In any case, these would be perfectly usable for a low-grade perfume.

Good quality but hit and miss. Have been purchasing for a while now. Sometimes you get something amazing and other times you get an older batch and this is not noted correctly on the website. The docs also may show for the most recent batch available, but they send you something that was a last batch and you cannot actually do anything with it because it is short dated. I will still purchase but I will confirm carefully

I really love their products and their service very very efficient , I ordered from naturesgift aromatherapy and I paid 98 usd for shipping and I still did not receive my package and after that I ordered 2 times one after the other from Eden Botanical both orders arrived and still waiting the one from nature’s gift order ….. this is my third time I’m ordered from Eden Botanical …. Super fast and relay very good product I will always buy from you 🤗🥰 keep it up Eden botanical

I have had a great experience with this company every time I’ve used them, great quality products, good transparensy and product testing, good customer service, and no shipping/tracking issues. Highly recommend!

Why did they change the website design 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 I loved the og version Now you have to do like 10 clicks just to go on something that used to be 3 I know that that version looked kinda outdated But it was much easier to use Still good quality products The only problem is the website.

My package was delivered to the wrong address. I contacted customer service and they didn't lift a finger to correct it.

Love their products. I ordered some ingredients to use for making my own incense cones, to use with a cascade incense burner I got as a Christmas gift. Their site is not the *most* user friendly, but it's kind of a consequence of them having so many different products and sizes. I feel like the prices are very good, and the sheer number of different botanicals they sell is surprising. I would definitely recommend them.
