Online and fulfillment systems were buggy. I experienced a couple of serious errors in the process. HOWEVER, email support was prompt and excellent with quick an more than far resolutions to every problem. Hopefully, the bugs I ran into are now fixed for everyone,

I am still working on rehab after prostate cancer surgery. I probably need to try a different size for optimum results. If a new size works better, I will gladly up the rating to 5 stars.
