had some problems rushing to put the device in place, I went to a smaller size as recommended and the lower part of the device broke in half while I tried to install it. I was going to contact you to see about replacing the device. Thanks Mike McC

I love how my giddy works but last night while I was putting it on, it broke like a wishbone. I don’t think I was too rough, maybe I got a defective one.

Started out great, but after a while my wife complained about vaginal pain due to the two curved attachment wings on the bottom striking her vagina in nearly every stroke. I'd love to discover that I made a mistake in installing my Eddie, but I don't see how. I watched all of the videos multiple times, but the issue was never addressed. It isn't about size, as this one seems to be correct, and I have tried other sizes earlier. It was very good at first, though!

It is an improvement, especially the bands. But it still pinches the skin of the shaft.

Hi this worked really good has I told you after I bought them 2 pk ,but after 4th time in a week that we used it was not so Hard it was ok ,but not like the first time. I think the rubber as stretched out and the bands using both on at same time still not that tight anymore.I want to buy 2 more with a different size ,but when I try to order they say I never ordered these before and can't give me the size I got first which I bought in the end of 2019 or first 2020,please help.
