The first size I ordered was a little big so have tried next size down. So far so good. Still trying to figure out exactly best way to use. Does really work!

This product works as advertised. The only issue I have is with getting the tension band over to the second post. The band can be slippery adding to the issue. I'm sure as we work on it , it will get easier. May just need to determine the correct timing on when to use the device as identified in your guide.
