If it is too loose, you will not be able to experience the full benefits of the device. Our device is only available in four sizes; A, B, C, and D, which are capable of fitting approximately 98.99% of American males. Howdy Richard, We're sorry for your frustrations. The promotion you're thinking of was only applicable to orders of Eddie 2 Packs, running during certain dates. Your order did not qualify for this promotion a couple of reasons including that you actually purchased an Eddie 1 Pack, which is for a different quantity.
