Hi John, thanks for your honest feedback. Eddie is constructed from medical-grade polycarbonate/ABS alloy, and coated in medical-grade proprietary thermoplastic elastomer (TPE). If used as instructed, Eddie is durable, and soft to the touch. We would recommend trying a different size. If Eddie isn’t sized correctly, it won’t feel right or provide the full benefits.
