based on measurements taken both erect and soft I was right between size A and B. Now: because there is no indication anywhere on the device, or packaging, or paperwork of the actual size sent, I don't even know whether you sent the correct size; much less what to do now. It would REALLY help if you gave some indication about size differentiation; and expectation on trial, on your website. (It's a Class V Medical Device, which is why we can't exchange it, right? A suggestion: try providing some damn clarity on the single operative factor in your entire business plan.) I believe I ordered the wrong size, luckily I ordered the insurance. I watched the videos you sent after ordering and after seeing the four sizes I thought then I ordered wrong- add pictures of the four sizes before ordering. My wife and I measured twice and still not sure what we did wrong .

I read the materials and followed the measurement instructions, but the device does not help in the way described.
