I would like to thank Brad for reaching out and the support that was given in handling of the shipping process. Ecoscience handled the issue Fantasticly and I will be working with them in the future. The products are working wonderfully. I use them as a disabled Veteran to manage my pain and PTSD.I have updated this review to reflect I placed my order and 11 days later still had not received order. I even paid for expedited shipping. I spoke with operations manager and he apologized and shipped out overnight a replacement order which I give him a 5star review for how he handled it. My dissatisfaction is with the door to door process. Needs great improvement.

We are very sorry to hear that your experience did not live up to your expectations, Josh. Thank you for your feedback, as we take customer service very seriously. We went ahead and sent you another shipment 1/11/2021 and expedited shipping on us, it was delivered 1/12/2021. Unfortunately we cannot control shipping companies delivery times (USPS/UPS/FedEx) and they are experiencing delays across the country. Hopefully our commitment to following up with you and trying to make this right has proven to you that we deeply care about your satisfaction. Thank you for your continued support with our company.

Four stars only because of the price, but I try to shop sales or discounts when available.I have tried most of the oils and find them very effective for my health issues. They have been very prompt with deliveries. Thank you.

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is bc there was an issue w receiving my whole order and then a delay In receiving the item. When I gave an initial poor review the owner of the company personally reached out to me to figure out how to fix the situation (which is commendable). The “Focus” tincture deserves 5 stars because it is awesome, tastes great and really works- Factor in that it is affordable and you’ve got an all around great product.
