I was thrilled when the company replaced and shipped me a bottle of capsules that were reported stolen from my mailbox. I was disappointed four months later when I wanted them to explain if I could use the rixmix as a tincture before my purchase was shipped but they did not respond at all. I figure that I owed them for replacing my stolen bottle but I would have bought a lot more rixmix if it was a product that I could have used without vaping. I don't think I'll ever get an answer to my question so I get my tincture from a local store instead.
