Kevin, We appreciate you leaving us a review and thank you for not giving up on us! Truly everyone has unique experiences with these products, but it's all about finding the right product combination, strength and dosage that work best for you. While Onyx is more of an immediate relief supplement, the capsules provide whole body benefits if taken over a period of time in a routine of your preference. We've seen great feedback for the symptoms you noted and also there are several athletes that use EcoCaps with great long lasting relief. Give us a call 844-256-1833 and let us know if you'd like to try a different product. Our goal is to not only meet, but exceed your expectations!

We are very sorry to hear that your experience was anything less than outstanding. We are always looking for ways to improve. If you wouldn’t mind taking a few moments to provide additional details about your experience, we would greatly appreciate it as this would allow us the opportunity to not only address your concerns but improve our overall service levels.
