SupplyClubReviews of ecopliant.com

Highly recommend. Our bakery business has been buying containers elsewhere for years but ran into an out-of-stock situation. We were able to find the products with Supply Club as well as an alternative not available elsewhere. A slight issue setting up the account was quickly fixed by customer service. Service is top notch, in particular with Andrew their rep. Another perk is the Pro membership which more than pays for its cost with discounts on products and shipping. It’s optional but I recommend if you average even 1 or 2 orders a month. Processing & shipping is at least as fast as any other suppliers we have used. I’m very glad we found this site to order from.

Quick communication with their team and got a great customized product at an affordable price. Cups are durable with a snug lid that snaps on easy and holds tight.

great product, incredible response + delivery time. super easy to order. great customer service

The customer service is great. Andrew answers all of my questions and helps with finding the right products for our sandwich shop. Quality products and ships fast.

We’ve been working with them for a few years now and it’s been great. Product always shows up on time and the ordering system has product selection has been great as our company has grown.

Great customer service and a nicely curated product list. Andrew does an excellent job sourcing high quality materials. Free shipping is a huge perk!

I have been working in the food and beverage industry for almost a decade and have rarely found a company like SupplyClub. Not only do they have an array of products that are eco-friendly but the customer service is top tier. Andrew, the CEO, is so approachable and helpful. Oftentimes the personable and authentic touch is lacking but not with this team. Andrew's team including Keala has been helpful and thoughtful. Being in Santa Monica and the Palisades fires being so close, they even reached out to ensure that support was there if/when we needed it. Their response is always timely, and recovery is ideal with all situations. I really cannot ask to work with a better team. Thank you Andrew and Keala for making work a bit easier.

Working with Andrew and Eco-pliant over the past 3 years has been excellent. Andrew and his team were able to source and produce biodegradable containers for us that are user friendly and look great. Most importantly, they made the logistics part of getting the product to our facilities extremely easy. I look forward to continuing our partnership with Eco-pliant and SupplyClub.
