Spending far too much time replying to emails. What’s more, there’s no added value in responding to chargebacks. You might as well do nothing – because of them, you lose everything. Furthermore, many customers say they feel they’re emailing an AI, which is actually the case – all the emails are generated that way. As a result, you end up with legitimate chargebacks. A worthless lot, extremely unprofessional. Oh, and if you haven’t paid the invoice yet because you want to check the work, you’ll get threatening messages from some bloke called Timmy. Watch out for this scam.
