Tried to order something from them,the bank flagged it and said the tried to charge me 3 times!! What the hay,this is a TOTAL SCAM!!

Total scammers!!! Bought something from this site back in May and items never arrived. Tracking number provided doesn’t even seem legit. The last update I saw was that the item landed in my city and it didn’t even move for a week. Now when I checked again, the tracking link doesn’t even exist anymore. It says ‘not found’ DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. They will scam you and won’t even refund you!

I ordered some bath toys in May. Firstly, i was overcharged on my card, and had to ask for some of my money back (which to be fair, they did arrange). However, after a few months waiting and chasing things up, these never arrived. I asked for a refund which was not granted, I had to dispute it via my bank instead. Avoid.

I ordered on May 16th and was told that max it should take 20 days for shipping. It is now June 24th and I still have not received it. Tracking says it is in Alaska where is has been since the 14th! I have tried asking customer service about this and have received nothing back. Save yourself the hassle and buy elsewhere.

Horrible business, lies to its clients overcharges them and when you cancel an order, they ship it anyway and until you try it when you get it, you might like it. They don’t ship within the United States. The products are coming from Germany, which takes way too long to get. It’s not worth it. It’s just a scam.

This is a scam!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!! I ordered some artificial flowers and they looked beautiful on the site! After waiting for weeks and receiving emails about my items going thru customs, which by the way was never mentioned on their site, I received a pack of artificial flowers that were nothing like the pictures on their site. Cheap & horrible quality… I wouldn’t pay $1 for what I received!! When this all began they overcharged me $15 for shipping as well. I have reached out several times but only to receive emails saying I received what I ordered, but I didn’t and I have proof! This has been a huge headache and I read all the reviews stating the items were beautiful and gorgeous. These are not real reviews!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!

I stupidly ordered two hats from this store and after waiting a month for delivery, I only received one hat. I contacted them right away. And of course they claim they put two hats in the bag and I'm wrong. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, it's a scam.

Ordered a product from this company on Dec 10, 2023 as of January 4, 2023, still have not received the item.
