RUN in the opposite direction! I paid a $4000 service fee for a “done-for-you Etsy store” selling digital products, so no other upfront investment was required. They promised $500-$1000 profit per month, 100% going to me, but they’d spend $300/mo on marketing IF there was a good response. I didn’t see a single penny. When I finally cancelled the service 6 months into it, my store was at a NET LOSS. Any revenue had been spent on ads and fees. The whole time I had been told not to log into my store, and pressured to invest in physical products or pay for services that were not outlined in the contract. After months of back and forth, I was able to get half my money back thanks to a Capital One dispute, but I am struggling financially and regret the whole experience.

Hi Raina, We’re sorry to hear that you feel this way, and we respect your right to share your experience. However, we would like to clarify a few important points for transparency. Your Etsy store was successfully set up, managed, and sales were generated through the digital product model we initially launched together. As part of our growth strategy, we later recommended scaling the business further, including additional expansion opportunities, but those options were ultimately not pursued. Regarding the payment dispute, the matter went through PayPal’s formal resolution process, where supporting evidence of service delivery and communication was submitted. Following the dispute review process and subsequent discussions, a partial refund settlement was issued. It is also important to note that the signed service agreement outlined the investment expectations and operational responsibilities required for scaling the business successfully. As with any eCommerce business, results depend on multiple factors, including ongoing cooperation, implementation decisions, and business growth commitments. We always aim to work professionally and in good faith with every client, and it is unfortunate that your experience did not meet your expectations. We genuinely wish you the very best moving forward.
