These people are total scammers. Their LLC is under a foreign national's name (Hasnain Raza). They are not US resident. Ripped me off of my hard earned money! Please avoid them if you don't want to loose your hard earned money.

Last company I will ever work with
Last company I will ever work with. Personally, I think all company that says they want to help others run their business is a ripoff. They get me to purchase a VPS software they sell for $1500 to $ 3,000, so I told them I could find a company myself for cheaper. I started looking, and I found this company AWA, not realizing it was the same company she was trying to sale it to me for $1500-$3000 for way less than price they were trying to sell it for.

Very Bad Experience
**1 Star – My Personal Experience**
My experience with Ecom Virtue was extremely disappointing, and based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend their service.
I hired Ecom Virtue to assist with reinstating one of my suspended eBay accounts. Before accepting my case and taking payment, I fully explained the history of my account, including that previous appeals had already been made. Despite this, they accepted the project and assured me they could work on my case.
Later, I was informed that the account was no longer eligible for a formal appeal because the available appeal process had already been exhausted. In my opinion, this should have been identified before accepting my case and taking payment. Had I been told this from the beginning, I would never have purchased the service.
In their response to my review, they mention working on additional eBay accounts as a gesture of goodwill. Those accounts were never the subject of the service I paid for, and they were also not eligible for appeal. Referring to work on those accounts does not address my main concern: that my paid case should have been assessed properly before it was accepted.
I was given an action plan that included submitting appeals, contacting eBay by phone where appropriate, preparing supporting documents and invoices, and providing regular progress updates. Several of the promised phone calls never happened.
Throughout the project, I repeatedly requested evidence that the agreed work had been completed specifically for my account. I did not receive evidence that allowed me to independently verify this. The screenshots I received were only of emails and did not contain my account details, case ID or any information linking them to my account.
The work was also supposed to be carried out through my VPS. I monitored the VPS during the engagement and did not observe activity that matched the work I had been told was being performed.
Another concern was transparency. Before purchasing, I believed the team handling my case was based in the United States. I was sent what I believed to be evidence supporting this. Later, I discovered that the work was being handled elsewhere. I have absolutely no issue with companies operating internationally, but I believe customers should receive accurate information about who is providing the service before they decide to purchase.
When I asked for additional verification, such as a live video call or other evidence to confirm what I had been told, those requests were never fulfilled despite assurances that they would be.
Their public response also refers to a partial refund agreement. My experience was different. Although the possibility of a partial refund was discussed, I did not receive one. Instead, I experienced repeated delays and explanations as to why it could not yet be processed.
Their response also states that I used abusive language and attempted to pressure them through reviews. I do not agree with that characterisation. Like any customer, I became frustrated after repeatedly asking for updates and evidence that the agreed work had been completed. I did briefly remove an earlier review after being assured that my concerns would be addressed, because I wanted to give them the opportunity to resolve the matter. When those commitments were not fulfilled, I decided to leave this review reflecting my final experience.
To be clear, my review is **not** based on the fact that my eBay account remained suspended. I understood from the beginning that no company can guarantee reinstatement. My dissatisfaction relates to what I consider to be poor communication, promises that were not fulfilled, insufficient evidence of the work carried out, and accepting my case before determining whether the requested service could realistically be provided.
This review reflects my personal experience only. I encourage prospective customers to ask for a written assessment confirming that their case is eligible before paying, request regular verifiable evidence linked to their own account, and keep records of all communications throughout the engagement.

Response from Ecom VirtueJul 23, 2026
We are deeply disappointed by this inaccurate and misleading review. While we always welcome constructive feedback, we must set the record straight with verifiable facts regarding this commitment.
1. Misrepresentation of Company & Regional Team
Ecom Virtue INC is a registered US C-Corporation operating under strict corporate and legal standards. Like most modern global technology and e-commerce management firms, our operational and engineering teams are distributed internationally to provide 24/7 client coverage. Transparency is at the core of our business, and our company structure is fully verified.
2. Scope of Work vs. Goodwill Support (1 Paid vs. 3 Managed)
The reviewer originally hired and paid us to audit and attempt reinstatement for ONE primary eBay account. However, as a gesture of goodwill to support his business, our team spent dozens of unbilled operational hours auditing, analyzing, and attempting to recover THREE separate accounts charging without him a single extra penny.
3. The Technical Reality of eBay Systems
Reinstatement work relates to platform availability. When we initially inspected the client's setup, the appeal function was active. Subsequently, eBay's internal automated compliance algorithms hard-locked the backend removing the direct appeal button across its linked network. This is a platform-side security restriction, not a service failure. To counter this, our engineering team shifted strategies to negotiate directly with eBay Customer Support to force a manual review window.
4. Verifiable Proof & VPS Logs
The claim that no work was done or verified is factually incorrect. Every action, audit log, support request, and system check was executed directly within the client's designated VPS environment, leaving an unalterable digital footprint. Furthermore, step-by-step screenshots and execution logs were saved directly inside his VPS file system as requested. Denying this digital record is simply disingenuous.
5. Contractual Integrity & Unprofessional Behavior
Our Project Manager, Kenneth, maintained constant, daily communication with this client. In good faith, our management even agreed to a conditional partial refund structure if eBay's system completely blocked the formal document submission within a set timeline a term the client explicitly agreed to in writing.
Unfortunately, instead of allowing the agreed-upon technical timeline to process, the client resorted to abusive language, constant shifting of stances, and repeated threats of negative reviews to coerce immediate outcomes outside the bounds of eBay's systemic realities. This is not the first time this client has posted an emotional 1-star review only to remove it later and apologize once calmed down.
Conclusion
At Ecom Virtue INC, we take pride in our proven track record, rigorous technical compliance, and client-first ethics. However, we do not yield to review-weaponization or abusive behavior toward our management team. We consider this matter officially closed based on the facts and digital logs on record.
However, if the reviewer wishes to set emotions aside and sort out this matter professionally within the agreed-upon terms, our escalation desk remains open to him. He can reach out directly to us at [email protected] . We wish him the best in his future business endeavors.
