Chris an his team worked with me every step of the way. I was lost on what to do and who to contact and they took care of it all. They helped me lay out my plan of action and put me in touch with departments I didn’t even know you could call. I can honestly say you can trust them and they will really work with you. I know finding people to help can be tricky online sometimes but I can 100% guarantee they are for real. If I ever ran into a problem with a listing or account again I would use them. I can honestly say without them my listing would still not be showing up.

I had my account shutdown for erroneous reasons several months ago and it was clear my appeals were getting ignored. I received the dreaded "may not reply further" reply. I decided I had enough and reached out to Chris. I had begun to lose all hope as our efforts seemed to be getting nowhere, but Chris persisted and I eventually got my account back! If it seems you have reached a wall and your appeals are going nowhere, I think that Chris is your best bet.

Chris is my recommendation for everything related to complicated communications with Amazon. We have worked a couple of times reinstating my blocked ASINs and even my whole seller account once. I prefer working with ecommerceChris since Chris handles my cases personally and provides great communication all the way to reinstatement. Because of his great expertise and willingness to share while discussing the case, I always get more than just a reinstated product.

I've hired Chris a couple of times now to deal with ASIN and account suspensions and so far we have been successful and able to reinstate my account and ASIN. I would recommend his services, there are lots of scammers out there, but Chris is legit.

I cannot express my gratitude enough for Chris and Leah. After multiple failed attempts of trying you to get my account reactivated myself, I contacted Chris and his team. They were very professional with the process and communication. I got my account back much faster than I expected. Thanks again. Go with ecommerceChris, you will not be wrong.

Amazon suspended one of our listings during a compliance sweep on a Saturday without any explanation and we were not sure what to do. I reached out to Chris over the weekend and he got back to me right away, very nice to deal with and helped us understand why Amazon flagged us and what to do next. First thing Monday morning Chris and Leah helped us update our SOPʻs, draft our POA for Amazon and within 24 hours our listing was reinstated. They helped us understand a lot more about the Amazon universe and steps we can take in the future to ensure our listings are compliant. Thank you!!!

Chris and his team took the time to investigate Amazon's issue, talk with Amazon to determine the best course of action, then helped us through each step of the process until we received the desired result from Amazon. Thanks for all of your help!

We are very happy with the service we got from Chris and his team. We had a listing deactivated for a bogus used sold as new complaint. We submitted our own POA and after it was denied we contacted Chris. We were able to schedule an appointment the next day and go over the issues. They told us specifically what they needed and within a day they had a POA ready for us to submit. It was much better than ours. Michael, Chris and Emily were all involved in preparing our POAs. We were denied 2 more times, but each time the team had a new strategy and we were able to get the listing back. It took 2 week in all, but we were happy that they didn't give up on it and followed through until it was reinstated.
