Chris and his team are EXCEPTIONAL! I recently went through an Amazon suspension nightmare that lasted 5 weeks and the domino effect of account suspensions hit 7 of my consulting clients. Having worked with Chris in the past, I hired him immediately and we got straight to work. When the appeals were not enough and we learned the web of entanglement was even greater than first anticipated, Chris continued to chomp at the bit with me until we finally cracked the code with some higher escalations. There is absolutely NO WAY I could have or would have untangled this mess without his help - I cannot vouch for Chris and his team enough. I have two accounts with seller performance team's permission. However our secondary account was down due to inauthentic issue on June 2019. We did not really care because our sales was generated from primary account but our primary's Canada and Mexico marketplace was suspended due to related account issue. So I hired Rosenbaum Famularo. P.C who advertise themselves as professional before Chris. But they never had success to reinstate my account. Their POA looks like $10 POA template from online. After couple month, they do not even reply my email. I heard about Chris couple month ago and decided to work with him. After talking to AHS team and Chris's team, Michael provided us killer POA. Finally 11/20/20 our account is reinstated. It took 1 year and 5 month to get my account back. I suggest you to not waste your money and time. Just hire Chris and his team and they know how to work and they will never give up on you.
