Chris and his team did an amazing job for me to fix an ASIN of mine that was removed for a Product Condition Complaint. Prior to contacting him I tried and failed twice to get it reinstated myself. This was my #1 ASIN in terms of revenue so I was losing thousands of dollars a day. Their in depth knowledge of the inner workings of Amazon and the key items that this team looks for was critical in drafting a POA that was extremely detailed and hit all of the points the reviewers would want to see. Even though their fees are not cheap, this is a case of you get what you pay for. When comparing the cost vs. the revenue loss every day this was an easy decision in those terms. If you have any major issue that need immediate attention these are guys to hire!!!

Chris was able to get results where others could not. Chris was instrumental in getting our account re-activated after we had mistakenly been suspended on Amazon. Of course this was a very stressful experience and as the weeks dragged on the situation got worse. We had talked with several other consultants and none offered anything but speculation and conjecture. Chris has a solid plan of action, put in place quickly, and got our account reactivated within a week. I wish we had found and contacted him a lot sooner. I have recommended him to several other sellers that we're in a similar situation. The cost might seem like a lot but depending on how much your loosing it will be well worth it in the long run.

Got my account back about 1.5 weeks after I started working with Chris. I had tried 2 weeks by myself, talking with seller support and I gave them everything the wanted each time and kept getting denied. I should have called him from day one.
