Our listing had been down for almost a month on Amazon.com due to being wrongly classified as a medical device. We initially had the help of another company who helped us appeal this decision but all we got was boiler plate emails from Amazon saying they would respond soon. Once we hired EcommerceChris, based on what they had us do, our listing was back up three days later. They know who to direct correspondence to at Amazon to get fast results. My only regret is I didn't hire them immediately.
