Chris was very responsive to my emails and helped me get my Amazon account back.

We were stuck for 4 years in a wrong category on Amazon and ecommerceChris helped us escalate this issue to the correct Amazon representatives. After 2 escalations, our ASIN was placed in the correct browse node category. This was very impressive because we worked with ecommerceChris in the past on an ASIN reinstatement matter, however never on a ASIN-category issue.

ecommerceChris is an amazing service if/when your account ever gets suspended. Our account was suspended last year and ecommerceChris was able to get us reinstated. However, what we didn't foresee was that we needed to get the Brand Registry side reinstated as well. It took a few months and some escalations to get this fixed but was ultimately resolved and now we are back up and running. Leah was our contact and she was awesome. She definitely knows what she is doing and was able to get our issues resolved.

This is my second time using ecommerceChris, once for a suspended account and this time for a deactivated account. Both were reactivated within 24 hours after submitting the first Plan of Action. Chris and his team worked closely with me to identify some issues that led to the suspension/deactivation, made some suggestions on business practices to change or enhance to avoid future suspensions, and wrote a very thorough POA.
