Leah was extremely responsive and checked in with me every day to ensure the case was moving forward. I was able to get the hijacker off my listing with her help. I couldn't be more thankful!

We've been a pretty big seller on Amazon since 2009. We've handled almost everything Amazon has thrown at us regarding account or ASIN suspensions and have succeeded in handling our own reinstatements. Recently, a couple of our ASIN's were deactivated due to a bizarre glitch that Amazon admitted to, but yet, Amazon still insisted that we fix it even though we couldn't. After weeks of dealing with it, we hired Leah to assist. Long story short, we are up and going again on both ASIN's. Highly recommend them to anyone needing assistance!

The team at e-commerce Chris is always fast and professional. Leah has been amazing with getting our CA account reinstated and multiple product listing pages reinstated. The first people we contact when we have an issue with Amazon.

The team at E-Commerce Chris are experts in their space and highly effective. We worked with them on a client account that the client had not been able to get reinstated for nearly two years, despite multiple appeals. Chris and team were very helpful and were candid about the complexity of the case. They guided the client through gathering the needed supporting documents and drafted a robust plan of action that was reinstated within 3 days! I recommend their service for account reinstatements, and we will be working with them on future client issues.
