Bait and switch company
Bait and switch company. Pay the little more $'s to get the product you want from a real retailer. Ordered a phone with specific parameters, which were in the description, however when clicking to add to the cart a different model with lower features was put in the cart. The model numbers were 1 digit off, but who would think you need to check the cart when you clicked on the specific item you wanted. Now spending hours trying to get it returned without paying "restocking" so I have a phone I can use. Wasn't worth the hope to save a few dollars in lower price when I could have gotten the wrong model for even less from a real retailer. Recommend verifying what you are getting in cart before buying (by model, not picture or description). Take screen shots of the item before adding them to your cart, in cart and after ordering.
