I would give this group zero stars
I would give this group zero stars. They had me pay them through zelle for a tik tok shop I was going to put in my husband name. The next day I contacted them to let them know we didn’t want to start on a store with them because of bad reviews and others telling us not to trust them. They started ignoring me and NEVER BUILT a store! Now they are ignoring me because o asked for a refund which the contract said as long as there’s no store started. Right now they are keeping my money. I will go and file with ic3 and the attorney General of Texas where their Cartup LLC is registered! Scammers

Myself George Jr. and I have a Good experience with Ecom Hyped so far... I started my Amazon store a few months ago with a relatively very small initial investment, and I’ve been pleased with the progress. The store has reached 30 order items, 49 units sold, and $8,081.85 in ordered product sales. The team has been helpful and kept me informed throughout the process handel everything for me.
If you’re consedering starting an Amazon business, I’d suggest doingg your research and speaking with the EcomHyped team. Personally, I’d recommend connecting with Rowan Pierce, my Project Manager, as he has been very responsive and helpful throughout my journey. I’m looking forward to continuing to build the store..

Helping me get through everything.. and they made it pretty much seamless. This e-commerce company has been great. Failed stores, counterfeit products, altered supplier invoices and $5000 of my inventory withheld
I hired EcomHyped (Cartup Inn LLC) under two separate contracts to manage 3 e-commerce stores in November 2025.
Contract 1 — TikTok & eBay: The TikTok store was stuck in ID verification for months. TikTok wanted photographs of the physical products; the team had none to send, because the store had never made a sale. The eBay store was not built for 3 months. They then convinced me to switch to Walmart (instead of TikTok) and eBay. I paid an extra fee for a website to support the Walmart application. the application was denied, and the site they built had no working purchase process. When they finally listed on eBay and made 4 sales, the products were counterfeit. A customer received one and reported it. when I questioned them they blamed it on the supplier. I ordered the listings removed and, when the team didn't act, I deleted them myself to protect my account. I asked for my automation fees back. Instead of refunding it, they convinced me to roll it into inventory for my Amazon store.
Contract 2 — Amazon: The first shipment they sent to Amazon was the wrong product, Amazon received it a different ASIN, and required it shipped back out. It took months to resolve, and I chased the status repeatedly. It ended with them selling my ~$2,000 of inventory to one of their other clients and promising that money was rolled into the next inventory purchase. Around April they did list another product that moved, selling around 20 units in the first month. Beyond that, they tried two more FBA products and three FBM products, which were not one-time sales and weren't meant to be sustainable.
They also told me they sell that same winning product across three of the stores they manage, meaning their own clients compete against each other on the same listing. There was never a real plan for how this store would scale to the income promised at the beginning.
On day-to-day management: nothing moved unless I pushed it. I chased every update, every decision, every action. Inventory was the clearest example, I asked them to restock in advance, repeatedly, and they waited until the last unit in the store. For a service sold as hands-off automation, I was the one doing the managing.
On sourcing: I never received any product/market research. They claimed to have their own supplier network, but across the entire engagement I was never shown a single supplier agreement. Not one. The product selection were very random.
But the real problem was how they got products approved. Almost 6 weeks after getting sales, I got an email from Amazon rejecting a brand approval application, stating the documents provided "cannot be accepted due to potential document alterations identified in our verification process." When I asked the EcomHyped team what happened, I was told the supplier was at fault for sending an altered letter of authorization, that they had cut ties with this supplier, and that it would never happen again.
Then, two weeks later, another Amazon notice arrived on a different brand. I decided to audit the account myself. I found about 10 selling applications for different brands, all of them declined by Amazon. On the last four applications, altered receipts had been used under my seller ID. I immediately revoked their access and terminated the contract that same day.
Termination: After removing their access, I requested a refund of my automation fees plus the $5K of inventory sitting in their warehouse waiting to be sent Amazon warehouse. They denied the refund and offered a liquidation option, which I rejected and demanded my physical inventory.
Over the course of a month, I offered them every way out, ship it to me and I'll cover the shipping cost, ship it into Amazon FBA, or simply wire me the cash value by a deadline. They rejected all options and let the deadline I set pass without sending anything.
I put money, time and effort into making this work. They didn't deliver what they promised, they were willing to falsify documents on my account to cut corners and let me carry the risk, and they are still holding inventory I paid for.
I am pursuing this through the appropriate legal channels.

I lost thousands of dollars working…
I lost thousands of dollars working with this company . They promised to create and operate stores for us on Amazon Tiktok and Walmart . They were unsuccessful and incompetitive in operating any of the stores . In addition to charging fees for all the stores they also made us order inventory which was never accounted for . Do not work with this company .

We take feedback seriously, but your claims do not reflect the full context.
We successfully set up and initiated sales on your Amazon store before it was deactivated due to issues linked to your previous service provider—outside our control. To support continuity, we transitioned you to TikTok Shop, where we again established operations and generated sales.
However, order fulfillment required a consistent inventory budget, which was not provided despite multiple notices. This directly led to order disruptions and the eventual account issues, as previously communicated.
All transactions were handled transparently with shared records. We remain open to reviewing any specific concerns with verifiable details.

This is not a genuine Company
This is not a genuine Company. Don’t go with other review. I had video call with one of there representatives. All screenshots they show are unreal. They are modified and edited screenshots. They have a sample application that’s look alike of Amazon seller center. They will only walk you through limited pages that have dummy data. Actual Amazon seller centers is way different.
They will take initial payment and then they won’t respond.
