Free option is too little . Having a lower price tier for say 590 emails would be a better way to structure pricing

Thanks for your feedback on our pricing structure. We do have a Basic plan level for $9.99 that includes 250 emails if you want to give that a try.

Decent for the price. Wish the email notifications for feedback/poor product reviews came faster. Wish they had an AB testing system. Email templates could stand an overhaul. But, you get what you pay for.

Hi Jamie! FeedbackFive does, in fact, have AB testing capabilities. And, we are able to customize email templates. I encourage you to contact support to set up time to talk - I think we can show you real value!

Love that FeedbackFive is set it and forget and the price is really reasonable. Just wish that the notifications for neutral or negative reviews got to me quicker. By the time I get the text message, my team has already dealt with the matter.

it's a good software program that seems to work with very few glitches. It did take a little time adjusting.
