Hi Travis, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry you were unhappy with your experience. To clarify for future readers, our records do not match several claims made in this review. The amount stated as paid to EcomChief is not accurate, and the claimed $5,000 loss was not paid to EcomChief. Any third-party freelancers, tools, subscriptions, or marketing services used independently after delivery were outside our control. EcomChief provides ready-made online business development, setup, transfer, and launch support. We do not guarantee traffic, sales, revenue, profits, or marketing results, as those depend on the owner’s execution, ads, offer, budget, niche, and traffic strategy. We also strongly disagree with the claims that EcomChief is a scam or uses bot-generated reviews. If anything remains unresolved, please contact us directly and we’ll review it professionally.

Hi Harry, we take all feedback seriously. However, this review does not include any order details, service details, or specific experience that would allow us to investigate the claim properly. We requested more information through Trustpilot, but no additional details were provided within the requested period. After checking our available records, we found one historical completed order with the first name Harry from 2022, which was marked as paid and fulfilled. We have no record of any unresolved scam, fraud, refund, delivery, or support issue connected to that order. We strongly disagree with the statement that EcomChief is a scam. EcomChief provides ready-made online business setup, website development, transfer support, and launch guidance. If this review relates to a genuine unresolved issue, please contact us directly with your order email or reference number so we can review it properly and assist where possible.
