They are scammers!! They scammed me for 12000usd and didn’t even gave my any store for that just bought domain worth .99 $ Plesse dont sign up with them, they says they are based in miami but they call from somewhere india and people talk in hindi from behind please be aware danger

They got my existing Walmart account terminated permanently. They supposed to provide me a new Walmart account, a Shopify store and an Amazon store according to the contract but not only they haven’t provided me anything but also they blocked my phone number. They are not responding my email too. They are just scammers. Stay away from them.

In my experience working with Ecom Automized was the wrong decision. We did everything that was supposed to be done on our end. We invested exactly what was said. It started out looking like maybe this could be legit. It changed quickly after a few short months. Ultimately Ecom Automized got our account shut down. Our invested money disappeared and our 100% return of investment contract was broken by them. They did not meet their commitments and ultimately quit responding. It resulted in a horrible money loss and I recommend do not invest a dime as you will go through several people when things go south. Their tactics include rotation of account representatives, shipping issues, questionable packaging, requirement to buy reviews, creating more reasons on to charge more money and refusing to be legit with you when you request your money back. Ultimately the people working on your account may be from many locations. Our account was not kept secure like they said it was. We went with the Done For You account with Walmart. We thought with the Walmart account and the refund agreement from Ecom Automized LLC in writing we would be safe. No such luck! KarTsmart LLC

I posted an honest review of my experience with E-Comm, but it appears the review was removed. Despite sharing a truthful account, the review was taken down, which feels like an attempt to suppress my feedback. Initially, I had reservations about working with Ecom, which led me to decline business with him. However, a few of my team members suggested giving him a try, and in June 2024, I transferred $1,750 via Zelle to the company, for an eBay store. Unfortunately, I did not receive any communication initially. After weeks of waiting, I was eventually able to speak to someone from the company, who informed me they encountered a "proxy error" and suggested I consider opening a Walmart store instead. Despite multiple requests for a refund, I was denied a return of my payment. Approximately six weeks later, my eBay store began receiving listings, but within a month, the store was closed. Based on the contract’s six-month guarantee, I expected greater accountability and quality of service, yet E-Comm has not refunded my payment to date. Additionally, a rep. repeatedly promised full reimbursement of my $1,750 along with assistance in establishing another LLC, though none of these commitments have been fulfilled. Moreover, I discovered a review falsely posted under my name by someone from E-Comm. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to reconsider engaging with this company. It appears that they may mismanage projects, fail to honor agreements, and avoid responsibility for unfulfilled services.

To be honest, I don't trust this company anymore. I've had an unfortunate experience with Ecom Automized. They made numerous promises and convinced me to proceed with their services by making an upfront payment. Despite my initial hesitation and inquiry about negative reviews, they assured me those reviews were from competitors. However, this turned out to be untrue. After receiving my payment, they have vanished without a trace. It's my belief that they might be based in Pakistan and lack the expertise they claim. If considering business with them, I strongly advise against paying upfront.

Please note that they have updated their review again (twice) because I discovered a conflict in their review. I explained to readers how unconvincing their updated review was, and it's worth noting that they have since removed the parts I mentioned. I have a screenshot of their initial update. I will do my best to help as many people as I can. Here is the story: I applied for a Walmart store on May 17, 2023. The person from Ecom Automized convinced me that sales would start in 3 weeks, and I would see a profit within 60 days, with a money-back guarantee if not. However, 60 days passed with nothing happening. They made me apply for an LLC and EIN myself; they never took any action at all. All they did was act like a well-organized company, pretending to have different departments and a head office. I don't believe they have it all. 1. Ecom-Automized did not refund me. As you can see in my previous review, I mentioned that my bank tracked them, and I got my money back. This was because I paid using a credit card through Upwork. After numerous back-and-forth emails and calls, they refused to refund me and instead tried to push me into an Amazon store plan because they couldn't set up a Walmart account. So, I reported this to my bank, resulting in a chargeback from my bank, and Upwork also issued a chargeback. My bank and Upwork played a crucial role in preventing the scam. 2. In your response to this review, you claimed, 'You never gave us a chance to set up a Walmart account,' and then you said, 'We only asked you to replace the service model from Walmart to Amazon.' Everyone can see you are lying. I did give you a chance to set up a Walmart account, which you failed to do. Then, you asked me to switch to Amazon services, which is exactly what I'm saying. You are admitting that you refused to refund me and tried to force a service replacement, as I mentioned. You are saying this yourself unless you update your response after this update (I will take screenshots before you do). 3. 'You blamed Ecom Automized for everything.' Yes, because you were not acting ethically. You made false promises and acted as if you were doing everything you could. I obtained my EIN myself and provided you with all the necessary documents to start. Instead of fulfilling your commitments, you chose to run away with my money, forcing me to report you to my bank and Upwork. 4. 'YOU DID NOT STOP; you hired freelancers to write FAKE REVIEWS to defame our reputation.' (they removed this part) Well, I didn't know you were capable of such actions, but now you're admitting to it. Does this mean that all your positive reviews were obtained by hiring freelancers? I can now see why you have those few positive reviews. It's clear that you are willing to pay freelancers to get positive feedback, as a single positive review might convince one person and bring in more than 5K. However, there's nothing to gain from hiring a freelancer to leave a negative review. So, I will never invest my money in something without a clear return. Those negative reviews must be from real people like me who had a bad experience. I will make a video that show our every conversation and real payments on youtube, I will put the link on their youtube comment and others, people need to know. atleast never pay them upfront untill you see something, do your own research. just to make it short this company is experienced scam. The person who goes with 2 names is the operation manager who contacted me and convinced me to do business with them. They did not help with anything, so I had to ask refund. Sadly, they refused to refund me though they give and stopped answering my calls and emails. I don't even know what to do, they are complete scammers. I am lucky my bank tracked them and got my money back, if it wasn't for my bank they could have run away by now.
