I had the opportunity to work with two representatives from E-com Automate Pro, Alex and Isaac, and they were both extremely professional. When I first spoke with Alex, I explained that I had been planning to open an event center and was actively searching for a building in Texas. Unfortunately, I hadn't found the right location yet, so I decided to move forward with starting an Amazon business instead. Alex explained that the initial deposit would be $2,500. He also assured me that if, for any reason, things didn't work out, my deposit would be refunded. That gave me confidence to move forward. The following day, I met with Isaac. He was just as friendly, knowledgeable, and professional as Alex. He explained that he would be working with me to get my Amazon store set up. He patiently answered all of my questions—and I had a lot of them. We spent about two and a half hours on the phone, and he made sure I understood every step of the process. Neither Alex nor Isaac ever made me feel rushed, and they took the time to address every concern I had. Before we could begin the funding process, I received a call about a building for my event center. I flew to Dallas that weekend to meet with the owner, and everything went very well. Because of that opportunity, I decided to put my full attention into opening my event center. Although I didn't move forward with opening my Amazon store at this time, I wanted to thank Alex and Isaac for their professionalism, patience, and excellent customer service. They made the entire process easy to understand and made me feel comfortable from the beginning. If you're considering learning more about E-Com Automate Pro, my experience with Alex and Isaac was a very positive one, and I appreciate the time and attention they gave me.

Although my credit score didn't meet the qualifications for the funding program, my overall experience with Ecom Automate Pro was genuinely positive. Issac (Team Leader) guided the process with clarity, Joseph (Project Manager) kept me updated at every stage, and Aaron (Funding Manager) took the time to break down exactly which areas of my credit profile needed work before reapplying. Their honesty about where I stood, instead of pushing me into a program I wasn't ready for, said a lot about their integrity.

I recently joined through Bryan the senior director to start my business, but because I decided to continue working with a funding company that was already in progress, I asked for a refund and to start later when I got the funding. Bryan was very understanding and accommodating of my situation. He gave me a partial refund and is still going to set up my business while waiting on the funding so I will be ready for the holiday season! Thanks Bryan

The biggest new scam….. They take the fees upfront and you are left with a suspended Amazon account that no one cares to re-open

I contracted with Ecom Automate Pro, but it was the wrong fit for me and my store. There was a significant effort put in on their end to make it work. In the end, we had to part ways, but in the end, they did the right thing by me and my store.
