Started last year, never been a huge risk taker investment wise, these guys definitely weren't the cheapest either, but I will say my experience has been exactly what I was sold, not more and not less, which honestly is really refreshing, because ive been burned before. I would recommend.

Really appreciate you taking the time to write this. Glad it lined up with what you were told going in, and that it has been a straightforward experience. Means a lot.

Working with Ecom
I’ve been working with Ecom Accelerator LLC for quite some time now, and overall my experience with the company and their team has been extremely positive.
One of the biggest things that has stood out to me is their communication. Their team is quick to respond, clear with expectations, and very knowledgeable about the e-commerce space. Over the past several months of working closely with them, they’ve consistently followed through on what they’ve said they were going to do. When you’re working together at this type of scale, having a team that communicates well and stays on top of things makes a huge difference.
They’ve also built a great team of people who we work with on a regular basis. Everyone we’ve dealt with has been professional, responsive, and willing to work through issues when they come up. There are always going to be challenges when operating and growing within e-commerce, but they’ve been great about communicating, setting expectations, and working toward solutions.
Another thing I’ve been impressed with is how much they’ve continued to expand and diversify. They’ve continued building across platforms like eBay, Walmart, Poshmark, and Mercari rather than relying solely on one marketplace. I think that creates a lot of opportunity and is a smart approach to staying diversified while continuing to grow within e-commerce.
Overall, we’ve had a great experience working with Ecom Accelerator. They have a strong team in place, communication has been consistent, and they’ve continued to follow through on what they’ve said. I’m looking forward to continuing to work with them and seeing how much further they grow.

Appreciate you putting this together. Working with you on the operational side has been straightforward, and it is good to hear the communication and follow-through have landed the way we intended. Looking forward to continuing to build it out.

Under $1,000 sold from $10,000 in Walmart inventory after four months
Update, in response to their reply: To be complete, $5,650 of the $10,000 was refunded. The refunds had nothing to do with my finances, as their reply below implied. They covered inventory that never reached Walmart, including 224 units that Limits Express listed on a packing slip as shipped to Walmart’s warehouse. In September they sent me that packing slip and a photo of 13 boxes they said FedEx had picked up, and told me FedEx had lost the shipment, but they never provided tracking for the missing boxes. Their reply below now says those units were never shipped in. I was refunded only after I identified the discrepancy. Of the $4,350 that went into Walmart inventory, less than $1,000 has sold, and 100 units of one product ($3,450) have sold 0 units. I first requested supplier invoices on August 28, and on September 3 I was told they would be sent. The refusals came before any legal dispute.
In June 2026 my company signed up for Ecom Accelerator’s managed-store program, with the Walmart store run by Limits Express. In July I paid $10,000 for Walmart inventory. Their team confirmed in writing that inventory typically turns over in about 90 days per cycle.
Over about three months since that payment:
It took about six weeks from my payment for any inventory to go live on Walmart.
Less than $1,000 of that inventory has sold.
224 units I paid for were never received at Walmart’s warehouse, and no tracking was ever provided for them. I was refunded only after I raised it.
100 units of one product selected for my store have sold 0 units. Their team estimated in writing the listing would sell about 200 units a month, and later they said at least 100; the lower-priced competing stock on the listing dropped by only about 7 units in 48 days. I paid $34.50 per unit; Amazon was selling the same item for $34.99.
On another product, I was charged $15.45 per unit when the same item was available from a distributor for $10.10.
My requests for supplier invoices to verify authenticity were declined.
My experience did not match what was presented during the sales process.

Jon,
We are writing this so anyone reading has the complete picture of what happened with the Walmart store, not a partial version.
You signed up for our managed Walmart program in June 2026. We structured it so you did not pay for the store setup until the account was up, live, and you told us you were happy with it. We also gave you a significant discount on the program fee. Only after that did you pay $10,000 in July for inventory that our team would source and send into Walmart’s warehouses.
Standing up a new Walmart seller account takes real time. Listings have to be approved, warehouse appointments scheduled, and inventory received and checked in. From the date of your inventory payment it took about six weeks for product to start going live. That is longer than we like, but it is a normal timeline for a first Walmart fulfillment account. We kept you updated through that process.
Here is the actual inventory math:
You paid $10,000.
More than $6,500 has already been refunded to you because of your financial situation.
That includes 224 units that never made it to Walmart’s warehouse. Once you flagged them, we refunded those units. There was no tracking because they were never shipped in.
Less than $1,000 of the inventory has sold.
Roughly $3,000 remains in the account unsold.
On the product that did sell, the margin was over 20%. Twelve units moved at about $17 profit each. That is a legitimate return on the units that sold. Walmart is a competitive marketplace. Sell-through on any single listing depends on other offers, price position, and buy-box rotation. We give estimates based on data available at the time of listing. We do not control, and do not guarantee, how many units any item will sell in a given month. Seeing the same product listed on Amazon near your cost does not change those dynamics or the managed-service model you signed up for.
You later asked for supplier invoices and brand-authorization paperwork so you could “verify authenticity.” Under the managed-store agreement, our team selects products and maintains the supplier relationships. Clients do not choose suppliers, do not set costs, and do not receive supplier invoices. After you began threatening litigation and taking steps that put our supplier relationships at risk, we declined to hand over those documents. We will not give a client materials that can be used to contact or pressure our suppliers.
We have already returned the majority of the money you paid for inventory. We also waited to collect the store fee until the account was live and you said you were satisfied, and we discounted that fee. In normal situations we talk with clients about slower-moving stock. The continued demands, the threats of legal action (including dollar figures that do not match what was paid), and the risk those threats created for our business and suppliers changed that. We will not be blackmailed or pressured into an additional refund that is not supported by the results or the agreement.
We remain ready to keep operating the Walmart store under the terms we agreed to if you want to move forward that way. We are not going to keep negotiating this in public reviews or under threat. We are also happy to show communications to any prospective clients about the way that Jon treats people he works with and how he acts when he doesnt get his way.
Those are all readily available to the public so that you can see both sides of this story.

Positive Experience with Ecom Accelerator
I’ve been working with ecom accelerator for a while now and overall it’s been a really good experience. What stood out to me compared to other ecommerce companies I spoke with was how realistic and transparent they were about the process from day one. They never pitched it to me as a “get rich quick” thing, but more of a long-term business that takes some patience. The team has been professional and helpful on the backend, continuing to improve their processes over time. If you’re looking for a hands-off overnight success, this probably isn’t for you. BUT if you’re looking for an additional income stream with a team that actually does what they say and operates like a real business, I think Cameron and his team are worth considering.

15 Months Down, Hopefully Many More to Go!
I’ve been a client of Ecom Accelerator since February 2025, and my experience has been great! The stores are consistently generating a steady profit each month, and while it took some time to reach stability, the results have gotten more steady and predictable over the 3-4 months.
In the beginning, I was slightly concerned because results were a bit sporadic; but as the store got more reviews and products were dialed in, numbers became more consistent. Personally, I appreciate how the team set realistic expectations from the first call, which helped me not freak out too much during the early times.
The team has been responsive and has helped answer every question I've asked about strategy and even the questions I have from general curiosity.
After 15 months running, I have full confidence in the team and the business model. IF you're understanding that this doesn't happen overnight and the general concept of the business sounds interesting to you, it's a solid choice to diversify the portfolio.

Finally, a truly hands-off e-commerce experience. Integrity and results.
If you are on the fence about signing up with Ecom Accelerator, let me share my experience as someone who was probably in your exact shoes. I have now been with Ecom Accelerators for almost a year.
From the start, I was hoping for a genuinely hands-off business, and that is exactly what I got. Aside from the initial onboarding and the occasional backend request from their team (which are always clearly communicated), I don't have to lift a finger. The stores run, and I get to focus on my family—and I have a very large family, so that matters.
Like anyone, I had my fears and worries at the beginning. There is a lot at stake when you are hoping to build something that will become part of your long-term monthly income. But I can honestly say that whether you are a family with a lot on the line or someone who is very well off and just wants to create yet another stream of income, this is an opportunity to be taken advantage of.
What really sets them apart is the integrity of the team. The founder and every department I've interacted with are ultimately, incredibly attentive. Whether it was a small question or a larger strategic matter, everything has been handled with complete honesty and thoroughness. My trust in them is extremely high, and that is rare to find.
I also want to be real with you: E-commerce has a learning curve. It's a business, and like any startup, there are normal challenges. But what I know for sure is that this team faces every single challenge head-on with complete transparency and follow-through. I am fully confident they will treat new clients fairly and go the extra mile.
The bottom line on profits:
Obviously, I can't guarantee your returns, and no one should. What I can tell you is that my stores are now profiting every single month. The trajectory has been upward since day one, and we are finally seeing that consistent upward curve happen for our family. We are very excited about the future and all that these stores will help us accomplish.
We all hope to recoup our investment as quickly as possible, and while I can't guarantee the pace, I know it will happen because the momentum has been consistently upward. Any bumps in the road have been smoothed out by a team of experts that truly care and I am confident they are treating all of their clients with the same care and attention, as they will for you.
If you are looking for a partner who combines high-touch communication with a truly hands-off operation, you can put your mind at ease. Ecom Accelerator is the real deal.
Jen Buckley.
