I didn’t realize that I signed up for a subscription to purchase the same amount every two weeks! Love the biodegradable white paper plates. The bamboo are a little too rustic for what I wanted

Thank you so much for your kind words and for loving our biodegradable white paper plates! We’re sorry for the confusion about the subscription — it’s easy to miss that setting. Our team has already checked and canceled the recurring order for you, so you’ll only receive what you intended. We also appreciate your feedback on the bamboo plates — they do have a more rustic look, and your note helps us improve how we describe them online. If you ever need help choosing the right style for your next event, please reach us anytime at [email protected]. Thanks for choosing ECO-Lipak. We’re here anytime you need us! 💚 — The ECO-Lipak Team
