EcoEncloseReviews of ecoenclose.com

I was able to get exactly what I needed at a fair price. Shipping was quick and the product is exactly as promised.

Every time I have dealt with this company I have received prompt, friendly, over the top customer service all while delivering excellent responsible products. Thank you EcoEnclose

I'm so grateful for the professional and timely manner everything was handled. Becca was so patient and kind. Please take the time to recognize her (and the art team) for their special attention to detail regarding my order. I keep coming back because I love the eco friendly packaging, but also because of the customer service. Thank you thank you thank you!!

EcoEnclose makes wonderful packaging items that work well and are environmentally sound. We are thrilled to have chosen them as the packaging solution for our business. EcoEnclose goes above and beyond to ensure customers are happy, and that they receive good service. When a UPS error ended up in our package disappearing from the system. Their team went above and beyond to make sure to get us the shipping supplies we needed. A+++ we are excited to continue using EcoEnclose for our shipping packaging needs.

I've always had a great experience with EcoEnclose. More recently, I accidentally ordered an incorrect product, and needed to figure out how to return it. EcoEnclose made it VERY easy to figure out how to handle the return of the order. They sent a very detailed email, and it felt very human, which I appreciated. Great work EcoEnclose.

I recently ordered eco-friendly packaging from EcoEnclose and was honestly impressed with both the quality of the product and their commitment to sustainability. As a small business owner, it's important for me to use packaging that reflects my brand values and EcoEnclose truly delivers on that! Their websites is easy to negative, and I love the variety of compostable and recycled option available. Shipping was fast, and everything arrived well-packed and in perfect condition. I also reached out to their customer service with a few questions, and they responded quickly and professionally. I highly recommended EcoEnclose to my business looking to reduce its environmental impact without compromising on quality. Great company with a great mission!

Sad to see the negative reviews here- my experience with EcoEnclose has been nothing short of wonderful. When confronted with the sad realization that I was sending out many hundreds of un-recyclable packages a year, I sought out a more eco-friendly solution. The recyclable padded mailers from EcoEnclose has served me and my customers extremely well. I have picked up my orders in person, but usually have them shipped as it is close to a 2hour round-trip drive for me to go pick them up. My pick-up and delivery experiences have all been perfect. About to place a re-order right now.

Amazing customer service! Satori is so efficient, patient and professional. I would recommend ecoenclose to anyone in a heart beat. I ordered the padded mailers and their sampler packaging. The quality is excellent and I love that it’s ecofriendly.
