It has been , and still is a Way of getting used to the pillow. It felt too high and too stiff…. But I gave it a time …. I guess it is working OK now. Still not 100 % adjusted

Hi Maria, Thanks so much for sharing your honest feedback! We really appreciate you giving the Ecoden 2.0 Freeflow Pillow the time to adjust. It’s true that it can take a little while for your body to fully get used to the new support and feel — especially if you're switching from a traditional pillow. We're glad to hear it's starting to work for you, even if you're still in the adjustment phase. If you ever need tips on how to get the most out of it or if there's anything we can do to help make the transition smoother, feel free to reach out — we’re always here to help! Wishing you even better sleep ahead 😊 Warm regards, Dahlia

Switched from Ecoden 1.0 to 2.0 two weeks ago because it was supposed to give better support to my head not turning left or right because I have a ”large” back head ….. but unfortunately it is not deep enough so it does not help. Good quality otherwise Frustrating for me though

Hi Stefan, Thank you so much for sharing your honest feedback with us. We’re truly sorry to hear that the Ecoden 2.0 didn’t provide the level of support you were hoping for—especially after making the switch from the 1.0. We understand how frustrating it can be when something meant to improve your sleep doesn’t quite deliver the results you expected. While many of our customers have found the Ecoden 2.0 helpful and supportive, we also recognize that no one product fits everyone perfectly—sleep needs can be incredibly personal. That’s why your feedback is so valuable to us. We're happy to explore options with you, whether that’s offering some adjustment suggestions or helping with a return or refund under our 90-day comfort guarantee. Please don’t hesitate to reach out—we're here to help you find the best solution for a better night's rest. Warm regards, Dahlia
