Hi Barbara, thanks for taking the time to share your feedback with us. As you experienced, once in awhile our fulfillment team makes some human error and we do our very best to resolve those issues as soon as they are brought to our attention. It's important to note that our baby boxes are age-dependent so the items in your box are tailored to your baby rather than a 1-size fits all approach; for this reason you shouldn't expect to receive every item listed on the blog. Be sure to read the notations about which babies received which goodies! If there is something we haven't successfully resolved for you please send us an email to support @ecocentricmom.com and we'll do so immediately.

Hi Amanda, thanks for the really great and thoughtful feedback. As you point out, we recently moved away from a detailed product insert - we did have a number of reasons for this that we carefully weighed against the loss in information we were able to communicate upfront to our subscribers - our reasons include the increasing customization of our boxes (more versions each month) plus the feedback from members that they wanted to see ingredient details, and more info on that card. It became very challenging to get all of the pertinent info on our card and rather than increase the amount of paper/waste in each box we moved this info to your monthly email and our blog posts. Please make sure you're signed up for our email list so you are getting that in your in box - it will have clickable links to all the brands websites, coupon code info and all the other good stuff previously on the card. With respect to the leak - yikes! - please send us an email and we'll make it up to you : [email protected]

HI Kelicia, thanks so much for sharing this feedback. We post pictures of different box versions (mom and baby, mom box, etc) so it may be that you're seeing different boxes posted. But if you feel that your box is ever missing something that should have been included (you can refer to ecocentricmom.com/past-boxes where we post all of the details) please send us an email at [email protected] and we would get you out the missing item asap. We wanted to cut back on paper and increase the amount of info we could share with you.
