Any Free consultations are normally not very good, however, in this case I was really surprised. Steve Incarnato was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient as I had a lot of questions during the consultation. Steve went through the pros and cons of an LLC Partnership and S-Corp for me step by step as after a number of questions these two directions where going to be the most tax effective way for our company. Sometimes, the 'free tax consultation' you get when you form an LLC or Corporation is not very helpful. That was not the case here. My adviser, Steve Incarnato, did an amazing job of helping me understand my complex situation (I have an S-Corp that will be paying rent to an LLC I own). Highly recommend!
